Division Overview
Information Technology is responsible for supporting all of the City of New Braunfels technology and communications systems, ensuring their efficient and secure operation.

Responsibilities
Information Technology staff works with departments to install new and maintain existing equipment – hardware, software and communications – to minimize downtime and maximize staff efficiency and effectiveness.

In addition to these responsibilities, Information Technology staff maintains the City’s website, facilitates broadcasts of City public meetings, and trains staff on the use of technology.
