2. How do I notify the Police Department that me or a member of my family has Special Needs?

The Special Needs Program is provided to enhance service to members of our community and ensure vital information is available to public safety and emergency responders.

If you or a member of your family is hearing impaired, sight impaired, mentally or physically disabled, requires oxygen, non-English speaking, an Alzheimer's patient, or has another condition that would require a special emergency response please notify us so that we can provide the best emergency services possible.

Information will remain confidential and only be used by emergency response agencies.

3. How can I obtain a copy of an accident report?

Accident reports may be obtained in the following ways:

1. In Person at the Police Department during normal business hours (M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

3. By Mail - Send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:

4. How can I obtain a copy of a police report or other information about a case?

Open record requests (in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act, chapter 552 Government Code) must be submitted in writing and must include your name, address, phone number, the type of report you need, the date of the incident, case number (if known), and name/s of persons involved. The request must be signed and dated and submitted to the Records Division Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
